This past long Victoria Day weekend I painted a poster of what I like to call Blonde Jesus and Skinny Snape (Thor and Loki) cuz my best friend LOVES the movie Thor, Thor’s her favourite/Loki’s my favourite, and nobody I knew of had asked her to prom yet (hard to believe), so I just went ahead and painted away, knowing she didn’t really want to go with anybody anyways. As one of her close and -hope it’s safe to assume-best friend I went ahead and didn’t care if she didn’t want to go with anyone, and just borrowed some poster paper and white paint from our school. A dozen sketches later, two projected images of the final sketches, one larger-than-couch-sized poster later VOILA! J’AI FINI L’AFFICHE! It’s just pretty and I want to remember this for when I possibly have memory loss in the far off future so I’m writing this down here. You don’t have to read this, this is more for me in case the memory loss actually happens, or I become nostalgic.
